We are looking for a passionate Wholesale Sales Coordinator to join our team in our North Charleston headquarters.

Is a fast learner with computer applications and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and has excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Responsibilities:

· Seasonal Item Setup Support

· Digital Asset Manager Maintenance

· Tradeshow/Sales Meeting Preparation

· New Account Creation

· Order Creation

· Retailer Marketing Campaign Request Coordination

· Sales Reporting/Data Compilation and Sales Forecasting

· Participates in special projects, new responsibilities and adjusts priorities as needed or requested.

· Works cross-functionally with internal departments to achieve customer solutions and department goals.

· Supports teamwork and continuous improvement through performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Wholesale sales experience with a reputable brand a strong plus.

· Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central experience a strong plus. Willing to learn and embrace new systems and technologies.

· Service-oriented and able to resolve sales rep or customer concerns with professionalism and tact.

· Well organized with strong attention to detail.

· Works well in a fast-paced environment, adaptable and flexible.

· Excellent communication skills including active listening.

· Ability to think outside of the box and take initiative.
