Wet 'N Wild Emerald Pointe (WWEP) is searching for an experienced P&O leader to oversee every stage of the recruitment process and address all staff-related issues. The P&O supervisor's duties include liaising with recruitment agencies, advertising job openings, organizing and designing training sessions, accurately recording hours, and managing payroll and employee relations. The P&O supervisor should be able to juggle many responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.

We are currently looking for a:

Wet 'N Wild Emerald Pointe - P&O Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

• Supervise the recruiting, hiring and onboarding process for all seasonal and full-time team members: post job openings, review job descriptions with department managers, review and screen applications for hiring managers, interview candidates and process new hire and rehire paperwork

• Participate in local and regional job fairs at the high school, college, and professional level. Creatively identify opportunities for new sources of applicants and hard-to-fill positions

• Act as a liaison between WWEP and the corporate office regarding full-time employee payroll, benefits, and employee relations issues

• Create programs to ensure employee compliance with all regulatory and WWEP policies and procedures

• Enforce compliance with all applicable WWEP policies and procedures and conduct investigations into violations or infractions when necessary

• Complete regular reporting on staffing levels versus budget and prior years by department and employee type

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience, previous Human Resources experience highly preferred

• College degree or participation in an accredited University or College program in Hospitality or Human Resources preferred; equivalent work experience in Hospitality, Human Resources or related field will be considered

• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to relate to a wide range of team members and guests

• Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong analytical and problem solving ability

• Ability to prioritize, address and complete multiple tasks under pressure with little supervision in a dynamic environment

• Flexible work schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and summer hours
