The American Med Spa Association (AmSpa) is a trade organization focused on providing legal, business and clinical resources to medical spas and other non-invasive medical aesthetic practices. Along with these resources, AmSpa hosts educational events throughout the Unites States, as well as the Medical Spa Show, an annual national conference and trade show in Las Vegas.

AmSpa is looking for an experienced Website and Software Platform Administrator to help oversee and manage its systems infrastructure. These platforms include, but are not limited to: website CMS; membership database; marketing and sales CRM; online video platform; online community platform; third-party event registration services; and any necessary API integrations. This position will also spearhead the installation and build out of future technology resources for new products and solutions the company may need.

The ideal candidate will be a curious, fast-learning problem-solver who is comfortable picking up new programs, customizing them, and working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The position will require equal measures of individual hands-on contribution, managing external resources and working with internal end users.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the integration of the membership database with all other systems;
  • Manage upkeep and configuration of membership database to fit the needs of all departments;
  • Manage the software side of the online community platform, including integrations, automation rules, automated moderation settings and page layout, and content updates;
  • Manage the software side of the online video platform including integrations, and page layout and content updates;
  • Assist Marketing Department in the development of front-facing webpages using a variety of CMS platforms;
  • Assist in the configuration of the Sales and Marketing CRM database to optimize workflows;
  • Assist Events Department in onboarding and maintenance of event registration platforms;
  • Work with Marketing Department to spearhead development of future websites; Manage the selection, onboarding and customization of future platforms to accommodate future product development;
  • Manage the AmSpa online store.

Requirements:

  • Five years of experience managing software platforms at an admin level;
  • Previous experience with an enterprise-level CRM, Hubspot preferred;
  • Previous experience managing a customer database;
  • Proficiency with HTML and CSS;
  • Previous work with a website CMS;
  • Understanding requirements of mobile responsive web design;
  • Experience managing multiple integrated systems;
  • Experience onboarding new software solutions;
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills;
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast, fluid work environment.

Previous work with association management software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
