We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and motivated Warehouse Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations to lead a team in the Sacramento, CA office. In this fast-paced role, you would manage Warehouse Clerks to ensure productivity and improve current processes. *** This is a first shift opportunity with working hours between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST. ***
You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting in the Sacramento, CA Home Delivery Pharmacy Warehouse.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day workflow of technicians / clerks in the following areas: fulfillment, inventory, and shipping
- Initial responsibilities will include directing pharmacy set up of initial supplies and medication order, along with overseeing automation line testing
- Work effectively with other production areas of order coordination, clinical, and reimbursement to ensure smooth operational coverage
- Manage Quality Level of fulfillment prescription processing, packing, and shipping
- Oversee inventory specialist roles and responsibilities including maintenance of integrity and stock levels of on-site inventory
- Ensure product integrity and cold chain management process for refrigerated items
- Handle escalated issues and elevated telecommunications
- Ensure proper records are kept for regulatory and compliance
- Maintain relationship with representatives of outside carrier companies such as UPS, GC, FedEx, etc.; Other projects, as assigned
- Make recommendation to management team related to professional development and staff training needs
- Hire, develop, and execute yearly performance appraisals and perform corrective action plans for personnel
- Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to the team through feedback, performance management and development conversations
- Develop and implement a Technician / Clerk training plan and progress tracking for all registered Technicians / Clerks, as required by state regulation

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft O u tlook, W ord, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Pharmacy experience
- 2+ years of fulfillment and / or warehouse experience
- 1+ years of team lead or supervisory experience within a pharmacy operation
- Pharmacy Benefit Management and/or Managed Care experience

California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $46,700 to $91,300. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
