A position at Rinehart Targets offers an opportunity to be an essential component in a growing archery target industry leading company. We're looking for self motivated, hard working individuals who would like to become an integral part of our team.

Duties will Include:

• Coordinate all shipments of products by way of ordering trucks, working with customers, and third parties for direct shipments.
• Print Bills of Lading, labels, or any other necessary paperwork for the shipment of orders.
• Collaborate and communicate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products.
• Maintain the daily shipping efficiency paperwork by entering appropriate data and order information.
• Assist with printing and assigning orders for a team of 5-6 warehouse members.
• Communicate and coordinate needs with manufacturing to ensure orders are shipped on time and complete.
• Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Maintain shipping instructions so that they are accurate and up to date.
• When necessary, assist with picking and packing functions.
• All other duties as assigned.

Tools used to do the job:

• Various logistic portals; i.e. UPS, Fed Ex, Spee-Dee delivery
• Data Entry: Sage 100, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
• Forklifts
• Pallet jack
• Computer

Experience and Education:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position required
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and multitask required
• Ability to read, follow and update detailed instructions
• Good written and verbal communication skills required
• Attention to detail a MUST
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Intermediate computer skills required
• EDI and ASN experience preferred

Hours:

Monday – Friday

8:30am – 5:00pm

Occasional and seasonal overtime possible.

Wages:

Starting at $20 per hour, based on skills and experience
