Job description

The overnight warehouse laborer position is responsible for safely loading and unloading trucks, washing equipment, and maintaining a neat and orderly work environment under the direction of the Shift Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Take direction from shift lead, managers, and directors pull and stage equipment for JAM events.
• Efficiently load and unload trucks with an understanding of safety
• Assist with dishwashing team to return equipment to the correct locations throughout the warehouse.
• Report any shortages to the shift supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education – Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years working experience
• Must be reliable and dependable.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced work environment where changing priorities and focus will occur on a daily basis.
• Ability to work independently (self-sufficient) while maintaining a team atmosphere.

Schedule Expectations

• This position is a full-time seasonal position with hours starting at 10:00 pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday until 7-8 am the following morning. Flexible working hours, based on the needs of our business, are generally provided

Working Conditions

• This position is performed both in in both indoor and outdoor non-climate-controlled work environments.

Physical Requirements

• This position requires the ability to stand, squat, push, pull, lift, and walk, sometimes for long periods of time. Seeing, touching, and the use of fingers and hands. Ability to lift 60 pounds. Ability to write clearly and type. Must have reliable transportation to work; driver’s license is preferred.
