SHIFT SCHEDULE: Friday - Sunday 6am-6:30pm

3x12 shifts

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Receiving position is responsible for performing receiving tasks such as unloading product from truckload carriers, LTL carriers and small package carriers, data entry of product into inventory, stocking and relocating product.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General receiving, unloading product from various transportation carriers, checking in product and matching purchase orders to pack lists.
• Marking materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
• Scanning and entering correct quantities and purchase orders using the appropriate computer applications.
• Sorting and moving materials to racks, shelves, bins or appropriate staging area according to current receiving guidelines.
• Organizing warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times.
• Responsible for ensuring individual work area is safe and accessible and helping to keep the warehouse safe for all employees.
• Sweeping and dusting as needed.
• Moving product from the receiving dock to the appropriate warehouse location by powered equipment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be certified, or willing to be certified on power equipment (though may not be driving 50%).
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background
