Summary:
Reporting to the Inventory Supervisor, the Warehouse Inventory Associate will be responsible for cycle counting material in the warehouse hub and using an RF gun. They will be working with the inventory team on moving product around the warehouse and occasionally assist in processing customer returns .Pay for this position is $20.00 per hour with an additional $1,500.00 sign on bonus paid in increments upon completion of 30/90/120 days.
Essential Functions:
- Executes and tracks return orders with suppliers for product originating from the hub. Assures that returned material meets company standards.
- Cycle counts, organizes and packs all product for vendor returns originating in the hub
- Actively participates on project teams and training activities.
- Interfaces with all departments and resolves problems and issues.
- Responsible for maintaining internal timelines for aggregated product returns with GCE employees.
- Updates tracking files specific to returns.
- Interfaces with Taunton hub personnel as needed.
Education and/or Experience:
- RF Gun Experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of forklift operations and warehouse equipment preferred.
- Previous Electrical wire/cable cutting experience a plus.
- Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
