Job description

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate with a strong work ethic and the ability to complete daily tasks in a timely manner. The successful candidate will help stage, load and unload steel plate and maintain upkeep and a clean warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure appropriate workflow for assigned area to include filling movement requests from warehouse.
• Assist in all assigned work areas in Warehouse and Support areas.
• Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and correctly in a timely manner.
• Serve as a first line resource for questions/issues from team members on all shifts, in coordination with warehouse team leads and supervisor.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities consistent with the Trinity Products Values.
• Effectively recognizes and responds to issues impacting performance and productivity of team members.
• Assist Supervisor in ensuring that established policies and standard operating procedures are being followed and that individual and team goals for productivity and quality are met/exceeded.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of related experience working in similar industry; additional education may be substituted for years of work experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
• Ability to be a team player and meet deadlines.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
