Compensation:

• $22-27 per hour based on experience. Overtime will be paid in accordance with state and federal labor laws.

• Profit Sharing: This position may be eligible for a profit-sharing plan determined annually. This BONUS program generally yields at least an annual bonus of $1,500.00 or more for employees that meet the requirements to receive bonus pay.

• Vacation: Employees are eligible to accumulate 80 hours paid vacation per year for the first 5 years of employment. At five years of employment, employees can earn up to 120 hours paid vacation per year.

Job Summary:

Warehouse inventory work will encompass an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, pallets and checking in merchandise.

• Prepares customer orders by processing requests and supply needs, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery area, etc.

• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.

• Open and unpack bales, crates, pallets and other containers.

• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock orders, special orders, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. This position will also assist in counting of physical inventory.

• Prepare parcels for shipment via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, LTL, or company delivery trucks.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping warehouse, shelves, receiving area, and workstations neat, clean, and well organized.

• Wear the proper safety equipment as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle requirements from our clients and customers.

• Operate equipment and machines, such as trucks, forklifts, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license w/ no pending infractions

• Initial background check and drug screening required

• 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred but not required if you’re motived to learn

• Great communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills

• Very Dependable and Reliable

• Data entry and basic computer skills required

• Initial onboarding as well as on the job training will be provided

Physical Demands and Abilities:

The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components

• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs. Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100lbs using the proper equipment (ie: hand truck or forklift)

• Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

• Occasionally required to climb up to 6’ using proper equipment and balance
