WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
JOB SUMMARY
Working as part of the Shipping and Receiving department, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for preparing manufactured parts for shipment. This is an entry level position and training will be provided.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Clean and engrave manufactured parts to prepare them for shipment
- Assemble shipment crates
- Pack parts, ensuring that proper packing technique is used to prevent damage during shipment
- Use a forklift to load and unload shipments
- Make local pickups and deliveries of turbine parts and supplies using a company provided truck or van
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn skills necessary to perform job functions
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Basic PC skills
- Be willing to work more than 40 hours a week to meet tight deadlines.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
