Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring for the position of an Warehouse Associate.
The Warehouse Association member at Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning, will place orders and receive, store and distribute material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.
You are: A highly motivated, dependable, results-driven, problem solving individual with great attention to detail. This position requires excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to maintain relationships with the warehouse and our team members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise.
- Ensuring warehouse is clean, accessible and safe.
- Assisting in counting of physical inventory.
- Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
- Be capable of operate scanners
- Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Wear the proper safety equipment.
- Be able to operate a Pallet Jack and Forklift.
- Process track orders /materials
- Make occasional deliveries
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Clean background check and drug screening including THC
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Reliability & punctuality
- Responsibility, organization & timeliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to physically do the job, including the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than one hundred pounds
- Must be at least 21 years old to drive a company vehicle when needed
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Good driving record
- Ability to comfortably drive a 12' box truck on occasion
- Purchasing and/or receiving experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive wages starting $20-22/hr DOE

- Paid time off- Team members will accrue 56 hours of PTO in their first year. Accrual rate increases to 80 hours at 1st anniversary.
