Role Description- Virtual Recruiter (VR)
The VR will be responsible for; but not limited to the following
- Source candidates via resume database
- Contact candidates via email, LinkedIn, phone and text
- Schedule candidate interviews
- Screen and submit resumes to Business Development Manager
- Provide client feedback to candidates
- Candidate salary negotiation
- Extend conditional offers of employment
Job Type – Freelance (Fully Remote) $150 per week / 10hrs per week
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
