VIP Client Services Representative

The Role

Our VP of VIP Client Marketing is a legit unicorn and loved by all she deals with. She is a powerhouse and wishes she had the time to spend more time getting to know our larger clients and also more time turning average sized clients into HUGE clients. This is what she excels at. With that said the PR is responsible for helping to identify, create, and work on new opportunities within our current client list as adjudicated by the VP of VIP Client Marketing. These are clients that our Vice President of VIP accounts handles personally. This role will identify new opportunities, qualify buying interest, and work with critical decision-makers through the sales process. You will be equipped with everything you will need to be successful. This is an in-house position, so you'll be able to work with an amazing group. Secondly, the PR will work on marketing projects in the form of Swag for larger clients throughout the year. You need to be creative and fun so that your ideas make our clients happy and appreciate us even more.

Your Day-to-Day at PostcardMania

• Quick daily meeting with our team to start the day
• Creating effective follow up strategy and executing on that strategy within your customer base
• Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly performance metrics
• Educating yourself on your market and its nuances to gain business knowledge through research and intelligence gathering
• You will receive regular sales training and report directly to our VP of VIP Client Marketing who values investing in their people both personally and professionally. This will entail daily /weekly 1-on-1 meetings, weekly sales team meetings, and monthly alignment meetings.
• Organize data, clean up pipeline, and produce weekly reporting

• No sales experience necessary but a big plus if you do have exp in sales. You need to be a natural people person that can talk to just about anyone.
• You are simultaneously able to follow a proven process while also being able to think “on the fly” and be nimble
• You are curious… this means you are never content with where you’re currently at because you always realize that there is more to learn and become
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with high growth
• Highly organized
• Don’t need external motivation to get you up in the morning
• You are confident using a CRM, sales tools, etc.

Pay: $40,000 Salary plus bonuses and commission

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
