Aquent has an EXCITING opportunity for a UX Researcher!

While this position is remote, we will only conisder candidates that live within 30 miles of the following cities:

• Denver, CO
• New York, NY
• Houston, TX
• Los Angeles, CA
• San Diego, CA

In addition, we will only consider candidates that meet the following requirements:

• You must be authorized to work in the United States
• You must not require sponsorship of any kind during the duration of the assignment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs & engineers to identify, define and deliver meaningful products into the world
• Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research roadmaps
• Lead various research studies throughout all the phases of the product development cycle
• Contribute to product strategy, execution and go-to-market plan
• Manage research vendors to help augment the work of the research team

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Extensive experience with data and utilizing numbers to define and support hypotheses
• Extensive experience with storytelling to get traction with various audience
• Extensive experience with autonomy and decision making to balance demands
• Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• BA/BS in a human behavior related field, such as human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, media studies, computer science, or economics

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $95/hour to $101.33/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
