Location: Bâton-rouge, Louisiane

Mission:

We need a company representative who works with our vendor to provide useful information about challenges, issues, and progress of events organization. Much of their work revolves around assuring the smooth running of the services and events and ensuring that the company is aware of matters on-site.

Duties:

• Communicating with contractor and operations team about project/event progress and any faced issues.
• Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can't be provided on-site.
• Update company leadership on their project's current state and what items they still need to accomplish.
• Work with staff to accomplish tasks.
• Requirements/personnel qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, event coordination or a relevant experience.
• Verbal and written communication for understanding project requirements and explaining these needs to employees and third-party providers
• Attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met
• Problem-solving abilities to correct any challenges or inefficiencies for the best results
• Decisiveness and good judgment to address pressing project matters when time is limited
• Organization and time management to manage multiple tasks.
