The
Nursing Assistant/CNA
I/II/III will work
Per Diem, Various Shifts and Weekends and is a key member to the nursing care team and assists with direct and indirect patient care, provides basic patient care within their scope of practice and helps to support nursing and medical teams.
- Under the supervision and delegation of the Registered Professional Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and the Nursing Assistant I/II/III helps provide care to patients, pertinent to each patient’s plan of care.
- The Nursing Assistant shares accountability for the quality of patient outcomes.
- In select departments, the Nursing Assistant role may also include some clerical support functions (such as phone answering, filing, computer data entry, etc.).

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
Experience/Qualifications:
- No experience required.
Licensure/Certificates:
- BLS or Heart Saver with AED within 6 months of hire date.
