Job Summary:

A self-starter, confident, and enthusiastic with a passion for product and retail who possesses the ability to represent the company in a positive, professional manner in all facets of their interactions with consumers and the trade.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Achieve sales goals set by the selling manager or director
• Create an atmosphere of beauty and luxury
• Merchandising of products to mirror Brand image
• Relationship building and maintenance with customers
• Liaison and collaboration with department store staff
• Maintain a high level of customer service by creating a memorable experience
• Must have the ability to work independently and be a self-starter
• Recruiting and introducing the brand to EVERY customer
• Always uphold a company standard and maintain a professional image

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail is a must. Specifically - Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Ave, and Bloomingdales

• Skincare experience or esthetician license preferred.
• Strong work ethic is a must.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Must be able to build relationships and influence others.
• Ability to train associates and customers on products.
• Ability to merchandise and remove stock from a stockroom if necessary.
• Must be comfortable walking and standing for long periods of time.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
