Responsibilities and Expectations:
Follow all plant safety rules and expectations
Also wear proper PPE for the task.
Oversee and assists upon managers request on scheduled maintenance and breakdowns throughout the plant where needed
Assist in helping ordering parts and coordinating with supply room to setup needed parts in supply
Must properly follow all area LOTO procedures
Any other HVAC and general maintenance related duties

Tools Required: C omplete set of hand tools, necessary gauges and specialty tools, Company issued lock out/tag out, Power On caution tag, goggles/safety glasses, dust mask, steel toe shoes, utility knife, cut resistant glove, and scissors. OSHA approved air nozzle for compressed air, ear plugs, tugger with trailer, and brooms.

Materials Used: Machine parts, and lubricants.

Supervision Exercised: Receives instructions from Maintenance Manager. Some job duties may not be indicated in roles and responsibilities.

Minimum Job Requirements: Must be able to read and write. Must have basic math and computer skills. Must pass vision and color vision tests. Competency/Aptitude testing may be required.

Follow all Safety Rules and All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be used as required. Any accident or near miss must be reported immediately.
