Position includes the following; Provide great customer service, mixing and applying fertilizer and weed control products, safe operation of company truck, daily routing, completing reports, must enjoy working outdoors. Other duties may be assigned as required.

Job Duties Include (but not limited to)

· Safely drive company truck to our customers properties

· Daily preparation of products, company truck, and equipment

· Follow all safety requirements including all pesticide safe-handling per the product labels.

· Treat lawns with correct products based on specific turf type

· Good communication skills with our customers and team members

. Self Motivated and able to be productive

· Professional appearance.

· Great attendance and on time.

· Daily completion of paper work, product reports and notes to customers using a company tablet.

· Outstanding customer service and customer retention

· Maintain a clean company truck and shop work space

· Work as directed and support a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• Turf and Plant Care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
