The Commercial Cards business is a $500+ Million business globally, which provides payment solutions through Credit Cards to leading multi-national corporations and public sector agencies. Clients include some of Citi CMB’s largest names, as well as major government agencies.

The business provides the largest proprietary offering of any bank, spanning over 100 countries, 66 currencies and 29 languages. The business is expanding globally which includes launching a single global processing platform, enhancement of client tools, and re-evaluation of branding and solution packages. Commercial Cards solutions include Corporate Card (Travel & Entertainment), Purchasing Card, One Card and Virtual Card Accounts (VCA).

The TTS NAM Commercial Cards Control Analyst is a member of the TTS Client Operations NAM Commercial Cards Risk and Control team which is dedicated to ensuring compliance with current and emerging regulatory requirements, providing centralized control execution for key risks, and performing quality control and quality assurance monitoring on behalf of NAM Commercial Cards Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform control execution and/or monitoring; escalate risks and issues as appropriate
• Lead and/or participate in control and/or monitoring related projects
• Execute and maintain control programs as assigned, drive efficiencies and process improvements
• Participate in audit, regulatory, compliance and business monitoring reviews
• Understand Citi policy/standard, external regulations, and control drivers. Embed practices within Client Operations to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Participate in cross-site/cross-functional teams and act as a subject matter expert to provide education, recommendations, and guidance to business partners
• Produce, analyze, and distribute control reporting and communications
• Perform user acceptance testing and post production testing for control or compliance related technology projects
• Provide on-the-job-training to new team members
• Process improvement solutions utilizing advanced technical skills
• Knowledgeable on banking regulations
• Occasional overtime and weekend work where necessary

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Commercial Cards, preferably in multiple work functions within Commercial Cards and/or Consumer Cards
• Experience supporting control execution, quality, or manager control assessment (MCA) monitoring ideal
• Strong sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality
• Consistently provide attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Experience with controls adherence with a general understanding of the policies and regulations applicable to Commercial Cards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel-advanced, Word, PowerPoint, Visio – intermediate preferred)
• Proven critical thinking and crisis management skills used to problem solve and make decisions
• Ability to work independently, working effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change
• Experience in maintaining procedures and/or MIS reporting/metrics
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Experience in delivering feedback and explanations of policy and procedures • Proven ability to work with all levels of management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
