SMILE STRAIGHT ORTHO is offering a full-time opportunity as a Treatment Coordinator at our MERIDIAN office. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and wants to make a positive difference in their community.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: MONDAY-FRIDAY
Pay: Starting at $15.00 - $16.50
Monthly Bonus: up to $300 additional per month
Experience: 1+ years in front office reception/patient coordinator

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Schedule appointments
- Act as liaison between Dentist and patient
- Coordinate and outline treatment plans with patients
- Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and credit options that may be offered
- Routinely follow up with patients throughout the course of treatment
- Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations
- Update patient education materials and maintain a professional reception area
