The Bloomberg Engineering Training and Documentation team provides learning opportunities to develop the technical skills of our 5,000+ engineers. We have a passion for technology and a love for sharing information in interactive and engaging training events. As a training program coordinator, you will provide support to the team by collaborating with the other training coordinators to organize department wide events and managing training class logistics for our entry level, experienced hire, continuing education, and financial training programs globally.

Salary Range: 30 - 40 USD Hourly
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.

We'll trust you to:
- Support day-to-day training class programs, activities, events and meetings including sending reminders with survey links, attendance codes and materials as necessary
- Correspond with team members, the Engineering community, consultants and new hires daily
- Coordinate all training program entries on Bloomberg University independently
- Advertise training programs for sign ups via internal channels
- Assist with training program survey creation, distribution and collection
- Handle administrative details for all projects as needed pertaining to entry level, experienced hire, continuing education, and financial training programs
- Manage room reservations for all training programs
- Assist with Engineering community meetup events and room bookings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, HR or a related field with 2+ years of professional administrative experience
- Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience coordinating large events for 100+ people
- Ability to work well with all levels of management, as well as external consultants and new hires
- Experience working in a fast pace environment
- Ability to handle multiple assigned tasks at a given time
- Established interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, self-starter attitude
- Hands-on problem solving experience
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a large team
- Prior experience managing projects for multiple teams
- Prior experience with corporate training programs
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Prior experience with reporting and data analysis
- Prior experience with survey tools
