This position is On-Site in Hialeah, FL
Your Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities:

Work within a warehouse environment to provide on-site support regarding the Shipt application to Drivers with Shipt

Responsible for daily operational performance
-
Partners and coordinates with Target Sortation Center team to ensure daily objectives are achieved
-
Identifies opportunities to streamline/optimize work methods and procedures to achieve accurate and timely delivery of routes for each dispatch
-
Triage and escalate operational concerns or technology issues to warehouse team, Operations Manager and/or Shipt HQ
-
Practices safety policies to ensure a safe working environment
-
Identifies safety opportunities and promotes awareness and accountability
-
Support new sites processes, product launches and pilot tests, as needed
-
Be courteous and professional while interacting with all individuals within the warehouse.

Completes other duties/projects as identified or assigned

Requirements:

2+ years experience in operations, supply chain, customer service or related experience

Bachelor’s degree

Able to work a flexible schedule as business needs require
Nice to Haves:

Experience in logistics or warehouse environment

Extensive people management experience
Work Arrangement:
Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis.
