Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Sample Express Warehouse Associate to join our TEAM! The Sample Express Warehouse Associate will help with responsibilities such as managing samples inventory and create sample boards.
*** Pay Starting at $20.00 an hour
***Work Schedule M-F 7AM -4PM

Primary Objective:
- Maintains a sample inventory and ships samples to customers thereby maximizing sales representatives’ time with customers.
Major Function and Scope
- Processes daily orders for samples.
- Receives and puts away tile samples.
- Picks and prepares tile samples for shipment to customers, sales reps and SSC’s.
- May assist Sample Express Specialist to create tile sample boards and ship samples.
- Advises supervisor when sample supplies are low.
- Assists in setting up sample work area, which includes building racking, shelves and creating labels.
- Keeps sample area clean and well organized.
- Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management.
- Performs other duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience;
- No general warehouse experience is required.
Competencies:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic math and computer skills. Detail oriented, fluency in English, and safety conscious. Ability to work independently and solve problems.
