We are looking for individuals to join our thriving multi-disciplinary based group private practice. All of our clinicians are independent contractors with the flexibility of both in person and/or telehealth support and choice of schedule/caseload. We offer a supportive team atmosphere with admin and billing support, a practice management and electronic medical record system to help meet your practice goals while offering the best rate of return.

We have plentiful and varied referrals with extreme demand for family and couples counseling. Along with self-pay options - we ask our contractors to be willing to accept Blue Cross, Optum, Tufts, Fallon, and MBHP to fit the needs of the local population.

Those looking to join must be independently licensed to practice / licensed eligible in the State of Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD preferred) and navigate insurance credentialing with support from the Serenity team.

Established in 2016, Serenity Coaching and Counseling LLC became a Group Private Practice focused on COACHING and COUNSELING support with a primary focus on adults and highs school students. We offer education and guidance to individuals, couples, families and groups who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health, substance use, and well-being. We have a Great LOCATION- located on a bus line with easy access and ample parking in downtown Worcester while still providing a personal atmosphere. We have established strong relationships with other providers in the area, local agencies, and the local college and university system.

Average Rate of Return for Serenity Contractors: 25+ clients =100+k, 20-25 clients = 75-90k, 15-20 clients = 60-75k.
