Therapist/Counselor
Job description
Summary/Objective
The Therapist will be able to apply a best practice approach to assessment and treatment of clients under your direction. This is an eclectic role with many potential growth areas, so we are looking for a therapist that will be able to join the team and contribute where needed.
Essential Functions
- Provide effective individual, family and group psychotherapy
- Work with clients to determine realistic goals for psychotherapy
- Perform psycho-diagnostic evaluations
- Supervise staff, postdocs and for a minimum of 1 hour per week
- Demonstrate an understanding of patient needs when devising and implementing treatment
- Provide team consultation with other clinicians, as each relies on information and action from other team members to ensure the most effective treatment plan for the client
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
