.Major Duties/Responsibilities of Job

Provide technical support to Design & Test Department in the Area of Testing. This would include Analysis of Testing Specifications from Design Documentation and Developing Tests to ensure product meets Quality Requirements. Aspects of this includes:

1) Ability to comprehend US Department of Transportation regulations on Vehicle Displays.

2) Ability to Validate Hardware used to Test Product.

3) Ability to Write VB in order to control Vision Test.

4) Ability to Develop Testing suitable for Mass Production Environment.

5) Experience with MS SQL, Querying Databases, as well as Connecting & Calling Stored Procedures through VB.Net or C#.

• Set up Automated Tests for New Model.
• Investigate & Develop New Methods for Testing (R&D).
• Adjust existing Tests to accept allowable Product Variation, while still maintaining the same high level of Detection Capability.
• Set up Tests in reaction to Internal or External Rejects and or Escapes.
• Make Changes to SQL Server Database Based on New Testing or Reporting
• Requirements.
• Implement Design Changes as required.

Minimum Knowledge, Experience and Education

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Graphics.

3 years of progressive Vision System-related experience in similar manufacturing industry.(It does not apply in the case of new graduates.)

Preferred Knowledge, Experience, and Education

5 years of progressive Vision System-related experience in similar manufacturing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
