Job Title: Software Test Automation Engineer (Python/C#/Selenium)
Pay Rate: $37 to 40/Hr
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Orange County, CA (Possibility of extension)

We are looking for a Software Test Automation Engineer (Python/C#/Selenium).

The main function of a software testing engineer is to research and test the design, functionality, and maintenance of products, equipment, systems, and processes and develop quality standards. A typical software test engineer has the ability to do both automated and manual testing on medical devices and web / mobile applications.

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer needs

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience with Python and C#
• Experience with writing automation scripts using Selenium/Appium
• Proven written & verbal communication skills
• Experience in testing web applications and mobile applications (Android/iOS )
• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of work experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software agile methodologies, tools processes, and development cycles
• Expertise in Tests and quality in agile method
• Good knowledge of Python and Technical knowledge of web and mobile applications.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases, test script
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as GitLab
• Experience with performance
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
