Territory Sales Manager

Twin Cities Metro - Mankato - Northern Iowa

$60,000 to $80,000 + $500 commission with each resident admission

Community Relations Manager Overview:

This position is responsible for driving the community and referral outreach efforts of our Assisted Living communities, representing and explaining our care options to referral sources and potential residents, and facilitating the admission process to ensure a proper transition into our community.

Community Relations Manager Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with area healthcare professionals, such as County Case Managers, Discharge Planners and/or Social Workers

• Connect with community organizations and other healthcare workers through calls, meetings, events, and community outreach

• Meet with prospective residents to provide information

Community Relations Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field

• Prior experience in Assisted Living setting, Sales, Case Management, or Social Work

• Demonstrated compatibility with Sunflower Communities’ mission and operating philosophies

• Familiar with DHS guidelines for customized living and residential care services

• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and operate autonomously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
