About the job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Dialogue with our clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
• Analyze clients' data and provide strategic recommendations to clients
• Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers
• Prospecting, consult with businesses to help back office issues, set businesses up with the right solutions and maintain a relationship
• Build partnerships with other businesses and colleagues
• This is a fully remote position with flexibility in your day-to-day schedule promoting a healthy work life balance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' of client relationship experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You are a motivated person who loves to control your own destiny and experience building business relationships
• You're personable and competitive, always willing to push your teammates to the next level as you guide business owners through their journey

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,319.00 - $84,604.00 per year
