Primary roles and responsibilities include:
- Facilitate instruction by implementing interventions and supplementary instruction that will address the identified needs of students.
- Esablist postitive relationships with students. Supporting their achievement in their studies and in their school day.
- Ensure the safety and supervision of students during the time with them.
- Communicate with parents as necessary to build positive community and program relationships.
- Work to ensure a clear line of communication between teachers, students, parents, etc so that curriculum is aligned with the extension of the students needs.
