Northrop Grumman is looking for someone for a Technical Services Project Management position for 1st shift in Palmdale, CA.

Leads and directs one or more project teams in the professional services arena. Prepares project execution plan and coordinates activities between client and company personnel. Monitors project completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections. Oversees performance of projects or engagements and typically utilizes management skills more than technical skills. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team(s).

Basic Qualifications:

• BS with 2 years of related experience; OR MS with 0 years of related experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience in Program and/or Project Management.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship.

Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $127,400 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
