Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team and to be a PlanetArt ambassador to applicants, candidates, and new employees alike. This person will partner with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process for technical roles from start to finish. In addition to technical roles, the technical recruiter may at times work on jobs in a variety of other areas including but not limited to Marketing, Art/Creative, Operations, Pricing Analytics, and business development roles as they arise. This role is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact as PlanetART continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting lifecycle from Hiring Manager intake meeting through offers
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and other Talent Acquisition team members on recruitment strategies and best practices
- Manage the entire candidate experience from initial outreach through decision
- Keep and nurture an active pipeline of candidates for key technical roles
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards to proactively source candidates
- Use our Applicant Tracking System, Workable, to review, disposition, and communicate with candidates
- Provide recruitment reports to team managers as needed
- Assist with other HR-related initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience end-to-end recruiting for technology roles
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards such as Indeed
- Experience working within Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Workable!)
- Ability to handle open requisitions from start to finish and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Tech-savvy
- Bachelor's Degree
- Great Communication, Listening, and Problem Solving skills
