Infosys is seeking a Project Manager with experience in Project Management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project or Clarity PPM). In this role, you will collaborate with key partners and apply your program management proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Project Inception, Planning & Tracking, Execution, Monitoring & Control, Reporting & Closure. You will play an important role in leading the program team with planning, execution and reporting of the program while and reporting into the client program management office. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or Stamford CT or East Hanover, New Jersey or Bridgewater NJ or Reston VA or Rockville MD or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technologies.
- Experience with Project Management in software development life cycle, Project Management tools, Agile/Scrum
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Demonstrated ability in Project Management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project or Clarity PPM).
- Planning and managing large scale programs, with multiple internal and vendor collaborators who will be responsible for delivery.
- Managing risk, issues, actions, interacting with executive management, and reporting to all levels of the organization.
- Hands-on experience with Application Development Management, SDLC, Agile Scrum / Kanban / Waterfall methodologies.
- Working experience in Project Management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project).
- Strong communication and Analytical skills.
- Ability to lead a team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
