EDGE Express Car Wash

Located in Virginia with additional stores coming soon throughout the Southeast, EDGE Express Car Wash is a state-of-the-art express wash with all the amenities you can ask for!

Team Member - position description:

Our team members are directly responsible for all customer interactions and experiences. Team members must be able to provide the best customer service experience, no matter which station they are attending. Team members are responsible for attending the following stations:

Pay Station: Team members will greet all customers and assist them with their wash selection. Team members will also inform customers of any promotion or membership that is available.

Loading Station: Team members will guide all customers onto the conveyor track safely and quickly. Team members must inform the customer of the car wash instructions and program any required equipment retracts.

Office Station: Team members will learn to navigate the point-of-sale to ensure customers can be assisted correctly and quickly. Team members will check on the car wash queue to ensure our customers are receiving the correct wash packages.

At the Parking Lot / Vacuum Station: Team members are responsible for cleaning and sweeping the grounds. Trash bins will be emptied regularly and carefully. Vacuum nozzles will be checked for proper operation and repaired promptly.

Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour.
Depending on work related experiences.

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Positions Available: Full-time or Part-time.

Daily routines:

· Cleaning the car wash facilities and grounds.

· Ensuring all customer’s cars are clean!

· Following Daily/Nightly checklists.

· Learning safety procedures.

Skillsets:

· Attention to detail.

· Good communication.

· Positive attitude.

· Quick learner.

Physical Demands:

· Working outdoors, including the summer heat and the winter cold.

· Standing for long periods at one time.

· Quickly assisting customers by jogging/running.

· Lifting, pushing or pulling 25lbs or more.

Requirements:

· Must enjoy working with people.

· Ability to work on the weekends.

· Ability to be friendly and polite.

· Pre-employment background check.

· Pre-employment drug screening.

Working Days: Monday – Sunday (full-time team members must work some weekends).
