We are looking for Team Leaders who are responsible for project set-up, managing customer deliverables, and team member expectations. They provide general supervision and ongoing training to maintain consistent work and communication with customers and employees. Team Leaders travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses to supervise our teams of quality inspectors. They create a positive atmosphere where individuals are recognized and foster an environment for employee growth. Team Leaders work together with their teams and customers to solve problems.

Essential Job Function:

Team Leader Job Responsibilities & Duties

The Team Leader's responsibilities include ensuring that all teams within assigned locations are operating according to standards and requirements, including safety. They develop work instructions, train inspectors on proper procedures, manage customer relationships, and lead the work of other team members. They inspect parts, ensure all team members have proper equipment and tools, and communicate with customer/job site contacts as needed on job requirements. They also complete required paperwork and training classes and follow all employee policies.
