Precision Laser is currently seeking a Team Lead. The Ideal candidates must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and provide accurate, high-quality work that meets internal and client-specified requirements. Knowledge of trailers is preferred.

Team Lead identifies the project's goals, objectives, and scope and creates a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. They communicate with the project team, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track..

Team Lead Responsibilities

The Team Lead operating within Precision Laser’s reporting structures, is responsible for:

• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
• Ensuring materials are ordered & on hand
• Communicating with the project team to keep the project aligned with company goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
• Establish and maintain relationships with project team members.
• Strategize & prepare.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Organization: They must be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.

Problem-solving: They must quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.

Adaptability: They must be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.

Technical expertise: They must have a good understanding of the technical aspects of the project and be able to communicate effectively with technical team members. Trailer fabrication experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
