Task Manager Assistant

Location: Huntsville, AL


DESCRIPTION:

Our Corporate Office is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist the Task Manager with regulatory and contractual duties! No travel is required for this position. Assisting the Task Manager may include, but is not limited to: Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) review, Travel and Labor tracking, Deliverables review and compliance, Travel trip reports, Preparation of Monthly Contractor's Progress Status and Management (CPSM) Report, Preparation of Program Management Review (PMR) Charts, and assisting Project Controls as needed


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
  • Prior Contracts and/or Project Controls experience


REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Candidate must meet one of the following educational requirements:
    • Master's degree in an applicable discipline with 1 year of experience
    • Bachelor's degree in an appliable discipline with 3 years of experience
    • Associates degree in an applicable discipline with 5 years of experience
    • High School Diploma with 7 years of experience


Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and show proof of citizenship.

Candidate must meet applicable COVID safety requirements and protocols.

Candidate will be subject to random drug testing throughout the lifetime of employment.
