Responsibilities
· People-management and leadership with a focus on performance management, organizational development & effectiveness
· Facilitate organization change as required by the business
· Manage internal recruitment processes for Cerberus Sentinel
· Partner with business leaders to develop people objectives and plans
· In partnership with Compensation team or as a stand-alone support, provide consultation and responses to inquiries on compensation, serve as a reference for salary recommendations for internal and external candidates, and perform job evaluations
· Communicate all processes related to performance evaluation process from development of objectives to final evaluations, competency evaluations and performance ratings while upholding relevant US practices
· Consult with managers on performance issues (including terminations, grievances,), staffing plans and strategies, promotions and other issues while maintaining employee advocacy role
· Counsel and guide employees on various topics (grievances, terminations,) regarding specific career situations while maintaining employer advocacy role
· Communicate Global Talent Development processes such as Performance Rating, Performance Evaluation, Promotions, Succession Planning
· Advise leaders on proactively managing stakeholders, including anticipating and mitigating risks and issues, navigating stakeholder conflicts and prioritization, and facilitating adoption of technology and processes
· Provide "white glove support" for Talent and Business leaders and build strong working relationships, managing escalations of their concerns, and sharing insights into progress and potential impact
· Support clear and effective articulation of stakeholder concerns to project team, serving as a conduit of business and stakeholder needs, support documentation of business needs during requirements gathering, and version change strategy and plans with business stakeholders in mind
· Support in driving the implementation of change and communications strategies and templates across the Talent Transformation
· Seek to understand and acknowledge stakeholder views and experiences
· Work with leaders’ teams to conceive and develop consistent communications, and change and communications strategies/plans that are aligned with Talent strategies and leading practices
· Provide editorial oversight of technical documents to ensure consistent, relevant, and meaningful messaging, and that language is clear and understandable
· Monitor communications and change management effectiveness, measure results, and update strategies and plans
· Coordinate with other teams across Talent and the Businesses, including Leaders, as appropriate, to understand project implications for other programs, projects, or processes or when subject matter expertise is required
· Maintain awareness of current business trends, operating conditions, and internal process and practices that have significant impact on Talent programs
Education & Background
- 7+ years’ experience in a leadership role with considerable knowledge of principles and practices of the human resources field, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, employment law and compliance. SPHR, CHRP, PHR, SHRM, T&C and PMP licenses or certificates
- Strategic, cross-functional thinker with a strong bias for action and implementation.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Solid judgment, problem-solving aptitude, flexibility, creativity, diplomacy and appreciation for the Foundation’s mission and values.
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, credibility, discretion, and conflict resolution skills.
- Certified coach or certification in Myers-Briggs, StrengthsFinder, Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) or other assessments a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
