About this position:
System Integrity Engineer ensures the integrity of data within asset management using or developing processes, databases and applications. Primarily responsible for analyzing data to develop system strategies in order to optimize asset life, reliability and risk for gas and electric systems. Monitors the quality, effectiveness and consistency with regulatory and company standards. Maintains effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and facilitates stakeholder processes for determining future system improvements.

About this job:
- Identify, design, and implement innovative internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-design data processes for greater scalability, etc.
- Read, analyze, and interpret operation and maintenance guidelines and procedures, including compliance items
- Be familiar with data management systems and related systems
- Conduct work meetings to facilitate discussions and document processes
- Develop, write, maintain, and evaluate standards or working documents
- Perform analysis on data collected by multiple stakeholders
- Responsible for developing reports and economic evaluations for system design criteria
- Produce queries, reports, and analytics for NWE leadership and others
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Apply advanced mathematical concepts and analyze and manipulate data
- Overnight travel as required for business up to 20% of the time
- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement

- Demonstrate and maintain a good safety record
- BS in Engineering is required
- Ability to obtain a Professional Engineer's License is desired.
- Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Azure or other analytical tools preferred
- Working knowledge of gas and electric systems preferred
- Must be able to adapt to changing work requirements
- A valid driver's license or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadline requirements
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Practical working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
