Job Title : Support Operations Analyst || 100% Remote

Location – Remote

Job duration: 6 Months Contract

Rate - $25-$30.00/hr

Shift- Standard

Job Description :

• Good written (email) and spoken communication skills in English
• Knowledge to support ticketing software like Zendesk, Salesforce etc
• Experience with small e-commerce businesses
• Ability to work with Product Management teams to track and highlight top customer pain points and process improvements
• Diligent and process oriented to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Good understanding of eCommerce businesses and the challenges faced them
• Experience in providing email and phone support to small businesses. (Role involves a lot of customer interaction)
• Process oriented and strong operational skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Experience with eCommerce marketplaces with buyers and sellers
• Analytical and likes to measure operational performance
