Job description

Responsibilities:

*Enter supplier data in supplier databases

*Maintains database by entering new and updated supplier and account information

*Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information

* Establishes entry priorities

* Processes supplier and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies

* Maintain database accuracy through reporting

* Work with finance and treasury teams on data validation

* Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers

* Actively pursue operational improvements to increase customer support

* Effectively present information and respond to questions from various individuals, groups and managers

Requirements

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the area of data entry and analysis

*Prefer BS/BA

* Ability to manage concurrent tasks through effective organization and time management

* Actively pursue operational improvements to increase customer support

* Ability to manage data and transactions accurately in several different programs

* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables

* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel

* Detail oriented person

* Organized person

* Friendly and timely customer relation skills

* Exhibits a high level of integrity

* Possesses a can do and positive approach to their work

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
