Supermarket Sales Representative Position in North Carolina
The person who will be the best candidate for this position will live in the Charlotte area. This sales territory will extend through out Charlotte to Ashville and Greenville. The retailer that will predominately be worked is Publix but may have some other supermarket stores included. This position is a full time professional career that will have travel involved. There will be 3-4 nights per month will be out of town. All travel expenses are paid for by the company.

The best candidate will need to enjoy working with people and have a sales background. There will be merchandising of products at each store as well as talking to the department managers and selling of approved items. Knowledge of supermarket functions will be a valuable asset as well as selling to retail stores. We need a person who is organized and can work well on their own. All candidates must have a reliable car and have basic computer skills. These positions will travel between multiple stores per day and will be working with products in all departments. Being able to lift up to 15 lbs as well as being physically fit to walk through out the day is a must. This is a salary position that includes an auto allowance, cell phone allowance, fuel credit card, bonus and spiff opportunities, 401K, health insurance, life insurance and Profit Share. All major holidays are paid time off as well as a liberal PTO program. A 90 Day Review will be given as well as annual reviews of performance and salary. Phone interviews will be conducted then in person interviews to follow. Positions will begin in the next 4-6 weeks depending on candidate.
