North Point Builders (NPB) is looking for skilled construction Superintendents to provide onsite planning, organization, and management of our projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time and on budget. As one of our Superintendents, you'll manage field operations for our commercial construction projects ranging from $500k up to $20 million. Typical projects include fire stations, police stations, laboratories, hospitals, medical facilities, schools, universities, and tenant fit outs.

You will be a great fit for NPB if you have at least five (5) years of experience supervising ground-up and renovation general construction projects. We also have opportunities for Superintendents who may only have a few years of construction experience and are looking for a fresh and diverse experience, with room to grow. You should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and the ability to communicate professionally in person and via email. Technical training or a degree in Construction Management or related field are a plus.
