Wrangler Position:
Shoshone Creek Ranch, a program of Lutherhaven Ministries, offers youth a unique
Christian dude ranch experience in a quality, rustic homestead setting. The wrangler
position develops, implements and directs all equine programs of the ranch;
oversees daily horse and stable operations; and works with the ranch staff to
guarantee a safe, hospitable and exceptional overall guest experience. This is a full-
time seasonal position, approximately May 25 through August 17th.

Ranch Assistant Position:
The ranch assistant position helps with all aspects of the ranch program - daily horse and stable operations, and well as camper activities such as games and evening
campfires. This is a full-time seasonal position, approximately May 30th through
August 14.

Ranch Camp Counselor:
Ranch camp counselors live and play alongside their campers during their week at camp - engaging in great activities such as rock wall, creek time, Bible encounters, arts and crafts, and of course, horseback riding! This is a full-time seasonal position,
approximately May 30th through August 14.

Applicants Need:

• A loving, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Willingness to work hard, be flexible, and serve in a variety of ways.
• Most applicants must be high school graduates, 17 years and older. Preference is given to applicants with a year of post-high school experience. Not a high school graduate? See High School leadership opportunities or contact us with specific questions.
• Some positions have specific age requirements due to insurance and liability.
• All summer staff must submit to federal criminal background and national sex offender checks, provide personal references, and agree to abide by all Lutherhaven Ministries Personnel Policies.
