Structural Concrete Foreman
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
Three Brothers Concrete is a Hispanic-owned, Denver-based concrete contractor founded in 2003. Start work in 1-2 days for stable, year-round work. Under the direction of a project manager, the Structural Concrete Foreman will oversee and perform a variety of carpentry tasks associated with the prepping, pouring, placing, and finishing of concrete. This may include using a variety of concrete forming systems such as Symon, Gates, EFCO, etc. Assignments will be given either verbally or in writing, and they will mainly be repetitive and routine in nature, adhering to established methods and procedures. All work is frequently inspected.
Structural Concrete Foreman DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Erect and set forms for concrete footings, slabs, walls, columns, vaults, decks, etc. per specifications and drawings.
- Oversee building, setting and aligning concrete forms, placing reinforcements, and pouring caissons, foundations walls, footings, grade beams, etc.
- Plan your portion of the project, order materials, contact crew, and complete daily work reports.
- Must own the safety and execution of their project area every day to ensure it aligns with our high standards of quality.
- Must work safely on all job assignments.
- Must be client-driven and detail-oriented.
- Must be a reliable team player.
- All other duties as assigned.
