Job Description and Pay:
Starting Hourly Range: $19 to $23 per hour, based on qualifications. In addition, we offer a strong unlimited bonus program that easily adds $1 to $3 per hour plus. We also offer great retail store hours, and our managers typically work 40 to 50 hours per week (plus or minus).
Qualifications
High School Education and 2 plus years retail sales and management experience
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
Enjoy meeting, serving and interacting with customers.
Dependability and flexibility with scheduled work shifts.
Understanding of retail hours, which include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Strong computer experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Hands-on knowledge of principles and methods for demonstrating, promoting, and selling products. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, referral & lead generation, & sales techniques.
High energy, enthusiasm and motivated demeanor.
Demonstrated problem solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication style with all levels of an organization, Sales and Operations management experience, inventory management and control
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and ability to climb up and down ladders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3 plus years Retail Sales and Management Experience
Footwear sales experience and Spanish speaking
