Felly's is seeking a highly motivated and energetic store manager to hire as a full-time employee. As a manager you will spend time developing customer relationships and assisting customers with their floral orders. You will be responsible for managerial functions such as scheduling, planning, ordering, and store performance. Managers are required to open and/or close the store each day. At least 2 years of managerial experience is required for this position. A manager with strong communication is essential for this position. The hired candidate will be comfortable using Microsoft office and will be required to check email regularly.

Other store tasks will include designing an arrangement from the cooler or gathering order information over the phone. Asking probing questions and having great attention to detail is imperative as we do our best to meet our customer’s expectations. We also ask all employees to assist with the opening and closing tasks of the store.

2+ years of floral experience is necessary
