Dale Street Storage has an immediate opening for a full-time Associate Manager. Candidate should be a team player, enjoy working with the public, and be a customer service professional. This is a full-time position with approximately 40 hour per week. We are looking for Self Storage Managers with at least two years of experience. We offer a competitive salary with bonus potential. This is a non-resident position.

Responsibilities Include:

· Turning incoming storage inquiries into new customers

· Leasing and processing new tenant lease agreements

· Janitorial Duties

· Collections

· Sweeping and cleaning of vacant units

· General office duties

· Receiving and posting customer payments

· Daily site inspections

Requirements include:

· Excellent customer service skills

· The ability to perform maintenance tasks in all extreme outdoor weather conditions

· Reliable Transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance

· Must be able to cover a shift for fellow employees

· Computer proficient

· Strong organization and time management skills

Successful candidate is subject to a full background check and drug testing.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
